Our Pa Toda La Vida Warranty assures you that your purchase is free from defects in materials or workmanship for the entire life of the product. We take pride in our pieces, and your satisfaction is our priority.

What's Covered: If your jewelry encounters any issues related to its appearance or how it works due to the materials or craftsmanship, don't worry—we're here to take care of it.

What's Not Covered: The warranty does not extend to damage resulting from accidents, misuse, alterations, improper care, normal wear and tear, or damage due to disposal or neglect. Stainless steel is not scratch proof. Scratches / breakage that occurs from normal wear and tear do not fall under a warranty claim.

How It Works: Should you encounter any issues covered under our Lifetime Warranty, simply contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase. Assessment Process: Upon receiving your warranty claim, our team will carefully evaluate the matter to determine if it falls within the scope of our warranty coverage. If the issue is deemed a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we will either repair or replace the item, at our discretion.

Customer Responsibility: To ensure the validity of the Lifetime Warranty, it's crucial to follow our care instructions provided with the product. Additionally, customers are required to retain their proof of purchase for any future warranty claims.

Exclusions: Please note that the warranty is non-transferable and is applicable only to the original purchaser of the item. It is also limited to products purchased directly from Atrevo Jewelry.
